Teamora HR started with a simple belief: running people operations in Nigeria should feel calm, not chaotic. We bring people, payroll, leave, loans and more into one connected workspace, so teams spend less time on admin and more time on their people.

About the founders

Teamora HR was built by Onyekachi Obute and Deborah Obute. What began as conversations about technology over the dinner table grew into a shared mission: to make HR simple, smarter, and more accessible for every business in Nigeria.

Deborah is a frontend developer whose work has shaped digital products at Access Bank Kenya, Verraki Africa, and beyond. She has a gift for turning complicated processes into intuitive, seamless experiences, and her attention to detail shines through every page of Teamora HR. She also inspires women in tech, showing the next generation that there is a seat for them at the table, and that they can build the table too.

Onyekachi is a backend developer who has spent his career building the systems that power banking and financial services at PremiumTrust Bank, Stanbic IBTC, Access Bank, Sidmach Technologies, Keystone Bank, and several fintech companies. His experience drives Teamora HR’s commitment to secure systems, accurate payroll, and dependable technology.

Together, they saw talented HR teams overwhelmed by spreadsheets, paperwork, and manual payroll. They decided to build a better way, creating a solution designed around the people behind every business.

Beyond being co-founders, Onyekachi and Deborah share something even more special: they are husband and wife, building a business and a future together, one idea at a time.
